Pablo has over twenty years’ management and consulting experience. He has worked across many industries, including technology, telecommunication, logistics, banking, retail, wholesale, automotive, forestry related businesses, oil and gas, steel, and petrochemicals. Prior to joining PIP Pablo spent four years with McKinsey & Co, four as COO and Partner of OmniaWireless Holding (Wireless Telecommunications Startup), five as Owner and President of EOT Management Consulting (Operations, Technology & Strategy focused Consulting Boutique) and six with IBM Corporation starting in charge of new developments at the manufacturing plant and ending as Global Wholesale Distributors Segment Manager.
While living in Austria, he worked for five years with UNIDO as international expert in several countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America. Previously to that he worked as Director of Industrial Applied Research Projects in the Austrian Research Centre of Seibersdorf.
In the last eight years he has also collaborated with several public organizations in Argentina in Operations, Technology and Strategy Related issues, including the National Tax & Customs Agency (AFIP), the two largest banks (Banco Nacion and Banco Provincia de Buenos Aires) and the National Ministry of Finance.
His skills lie in a proven high leadership capacity in large organizations, balancing strategy and operations in order to achieve a sustainable improvement in productivity as well as satisfaction of all participants. His experience is significant in Top Management, Strategy, Marketing and Operations as well as in Consulting and Coaching of large and medium Enterprises, based on a win-win continuous improvement philosophy, built on a holistic vision of the business processes that by optimizing the use of technology and systems allows reaching the best possible management of uncertainty.

Education and interests
Pablo was awarded a degree in Electronic Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires. He got also a PhD in Flexible Industrial Automation with the highest honours from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. He completed a mini-MBA with Wharton, University of Pennsylvania at McKinsey & Co Development Center.
He has written books and articles, published in USA, Europe, Asia and South America. He got several National and International awards and fellowships in Europe and Latin America and won in the year 2000 the McKinsey International BTO Practice Olympics.
He teaches several courses on Strategy, Operations, Project Management and marketing at selected universities including Operations Management and Project Management at the MBA of the Universidad de San Andres in Argentina.
Pablo speaks Spanish, German, English, Italian, Portuguese and some French, is son of two University Professors, is married since 1987, has one 12 year old daughter and likes to play Volleyball, Rowing, Yachting and Running. As often as possible he likes to organize “asados” at home with friends.
