Coal Mine |
Context / scope of project :
Mine was suffering from declining coal yields,
coal reserves geographically far from their wash plants,
recent and ongoing high staff and management turnover
and a severe wet season. PIP was introduced to implement
traditional wiring (RARs), the ideas pipeline, design
and implement the mine planning cycle and assist in
integrating the mine plan with the fleet management
system in extraction.
PIP and client achieved:
