series of RARs (quote from GM: “my favourite meeting
of the week – I feel in control and can dive into detail
when necessary”)

Established and trained a post-intervention
organisation structure capable of sustaining and generating
with newcomers a continuous improvement culture where performance
gaps are filled with improvement ideas and “working
on the business” as opposed to merely “working
in the business” was the norm |
