  • PIP’s courses are used to support hands-on coaching and training especially for you.  Our wide spread knowledge base teaches everything from continuous improvement and strategic sourcing to lean and construction productivity.

PIP offers three courses in partnership with one of the world’s leading higher education institutions, Melbourne University.  Our hands-on coaching, coupled with the University’s academic resources makes for a well-rounded learning experience that is readily applicable to real business needs.  As a client of ours, you (and our PIPers), can earn a University of Melbourne Professional Certificate in Operations through mastering a number of our core training modules.  The focus is on:

The Professional Certificates are delivered in the workplace by our senior consultants who are Associates of the University.
