Even if you have already done case studies before, it is really worth refreshing your mind and researching Value Driver Trees and Root Cause Analysis.

The interviews will typically last around an hour and will be taken by a PIP Consultant. During that time they’ll give you a business problem that they’re working on, or are familiar with, and will ask you to solve the problem. The purpose is to test logic, people’s ability to think on their feet, to be creative, articulate and give fact-based answers.
